The all-new P790 for 2021 has arrived, and it’s better than ever. Adding a whole host of new features to an already illustrious history.

The new SpeedFoam™ Air is 69% lighter than the predecessor. It saves up to 3.5 grammes of weight, which has been reallocated to improve mass characteristics for improved launch parameters. The new formula has a beautiful tone and a robust feel and a quick and flexible face.

The head is thinner by up to 37.5%in crucial spots thanks to a new 8620 carbon steel structure, allowing for a much lower CG placement. With a responsive 1.5mm forged 4140 steel L-Face, this innovative thin-walled design promotes ultimate flexibility, rapid ball speeds, and distance while maintaining a premium forged feel.

On low face strikes, the Thru-Slot Speed Pocket™ increases face flexibility while maintaining ball speed and distance.

In comparison to the original P790, the sweet spot size has been expanded by up to 60%. TaylorMade have adjusted the sweet spot lower on the face using data analytics to naturally collect more shots and deliver performance where players need it the most.

Engineers devised innovative design techniques to thin the body, allowing for the placement of up to 31g of tungsten in the toe. It provides a tremendous level of stability and forgiveness in a player-friendly package.
